Your little princess will be the best dressed at the parade in this adorable dress! These patriotic owls have their top hats on ready to celebrate. This dress is half and half, showing true spirit! The other half is red and white chevron stripe to mimic the flag. A touch of 60s mod is added with the white, red, white blue ribbon topped of with a bow.
New fabrics, unwashed. Model is 2 years old, wears a 2t. Add bloomers and the dress will grow with your toddler! I have two avail. The second dress has the sleeves in reverse of the one photographed.
