This is over the top for halloween! Kooky owl fabric with three layers of ruffles in different halloween prints and solid lime green. Topped off with a purple ribbon tied in a bow at center back. The front bib is lined, topstitched, and has purple rick rack. The straps snap in front with plastic snaps. All seams are finished with serged edge
