Dapper Penguins Bustier Bodice Strapless Top w Side Buttons Sz S M
Super cool vintage penguin fabric was used to make this kitchsy yet sexy strapless top. Its lined in a pretty floral print and all fabrics are new vintage never used fabric. It buttons at the side and I used some super adorable penguin buttons to complete the look.
